A Recent Engagement
An eight-day celebration for 55 guests flying in from 11+ countries: three villas, a private boat cruise, two themed dinners with live entertainment and fireworks, a beach-club night, and daily wellness, all managed on the ground by the team.
The Brief
A family wanted to mark two milestone birthdays falling in the same week, a 50th and a 40th, with an extended group flown in from around the world. It had to feel like one continuous celebration, not a hotel block with a couple of dinners bolted on: shared villas, a rhythm to the days, a different mood each night, and nothing for the hosts to manage once guests landed.
The Scale
Three properties booked and run as one: a main villa estate, a second villa, and a nearby boutique hotel. Eight days of staggered arrivals and departures. Across the week: two headline birthday dinners, a full-day private boat cruise, a clifftop beach-club night, two wellness mornings, and a temple-and-nature day, with 12+ suppliers coordinated into a single plan and one point of contact.
What We Planned, Over Four Months
Accommodation mix and room allocation across the three properties. The full itinerary, with a theme and dress code for every evening. Both birthday dinners end to end: menus, staging, Balinese dance, live musicians, fireworks, an after-party. The private boat cruise. The beach-club night with group transport. Airport transfers for every arrival and departure. Personalised welcome gifts. Dietary and allergy tracking for the whole group. A full-time photographer and videographer to capture every moment.
How It Ran
The team was on-site the whole week, not managing from a distance. A stocked "control room" at the main villa held supplies, drinks and medicine, replenished mid-week. The schedule stayed flexible, updated in real time as guests' needs changed. And more than 150 things came up that were never on any itinerary. Every one was handled.

A concierge plans and runs your trip so you don't have to, and it starts earlier than most people expect. We begin by getting to know you: the kind of traveller you are, the pace your group enjoys, and the moments that would make the trip stay with you. From there we design its shape, deciding where you stay, how the days flow, and the experiences worth building around. Then we run it: villa and resort sourcing, private drivers and airport transfers, restaurant and beach club bookings, wellness and cultural experiences, event planning, and someone on call throughout your stay. We work directly with clients rather than through a booking platform, and our team lives in Bali and hosts guests in person.
Yes. Groups are our speciality. We regularly coordinate travel for parties of 10 to 60 people and have run single events for 70-plus guests, managing accommodation across multiple villas, group ground transport, dining, and staffing as one plan.
This is the core of what we do. Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, and destination celebrations for extended groups: villa sourcing, private dinners, entertainment, decor, transport, and a multi-day itinerary that keeps everyone together. We manage the logistics on the ground so the host can enjoy the occasion as a guest.
There is no rate card or package pricing. Every engagement is quoted individually because group size, trip length, the type of accommodation, and the scope of planning all change the picture. The first step is a complimentary 15-minute call, after which we provide a quote specific to your plans.
All of it. We arrange travel and experiences across Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta, Uluwatu and the Bukit peninsula, Ubud, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, and the Nusa islands, as well as day trips further afield. Our network spans villas, restaurants, drivers, guides, and event suppliers island-wide.
Yes. We plan corporate retreats that combine meeting space, team activities, wellness, cultural experiences, and group dining, and we handle the travel logistics for the whole party from arrival to departure.
For large groups and events, three to six months gives the widest choice of villas and the best rates, and peak season dates go earlier still. We also take on shorter-notice trips when our schedule allows. The sooner we speak, the more we can do.
For most groups of eight or more, private villas or a cluster of villas give more space, privacy, and value than hotel rooms, plus a shared base for meals and gatherings. Hotels can still be the right call for shorter stays or when everyone wants full service on site. We weigh both against your group and dates before recommending.
A booking site sells you a room. A concierge plans the whole trip, negotiates on your behalf, solves problems in real time, and is physically present in Bali while you are here. Nothing about the plan is self-serve, and there is a real person accountable for every part of it.
