Corporate Retreats & Team Offsites in Bali
Bring the Team.
We'll Run the Rest.
Leadership offsites, team retreats and incentive trips in Bali, with villas that work as an office by day, experiences that earn their place, and a team on the ground from arrival to departure.
Book a Complimentary CallAn offsite has two jobs: get real work done, and send people home closer than they arrived. We handle everything around the agenda, from the venue and the Wi-Fi to the dinners and the day on the water, so the people running it can focus on the room.
What We Arrange
Three Shapes
of Offsite
The size of the team and the purpose of the trip decide the format. Here's how each one usually comes together.
The Leadership Offsite
- ✦A private villa with a dedicated meeting space and breakout areas
- ✦Wi-Fi speed and backup power checked before we recommend it
- ✦Screens, AV and stationery set up before the first session
- ✦Working lunches and coffee handled by a private chef
- ✦A standout dinner out: a clifftop table or a private room
- ✦Airport transfers and a car on standby
The Team Retreat
- ✦Several villas, or a villa and a nearby hotel, booked and run as one
- ✦A schedule that balances work sessions with time together
- ✦Team activities: a private boat day, rafting, a cooking class, surf lessons
- ✦A whole-company dinner at one long table
- ✦Group transport on a single schedule
- ✦Dietary needs and room lists managed in one place
The Incentive Trip
- ✦A reward trip for top performers that feels genuinely earned
- ✦Beach club days and nightlife access, the door handled in advance
- ✦A gala dinner with live entertainment
- ✦Spa time and free days built into the programme
- ✦Welcome gifts and touches in every room
- ✦Photography to share with the wider company afterwards
Every offsite is quoted for its own plan. The first step is a complimentary call to talk through headcount, dates, and what the week needs to achieve.
Ideas for the Team
Team Experiences
Worth the Flight
A few of the shared experiences we build offsites around. Most teams choose two or three and keep the rest of the time for work.
A private boat day
The whole team on one boat: snorkelling, a sandbar stop and lunch on deck, back in time for the evening.
White-water rafting
A morning on the river through the jungle gorge, suitable for beginners and a reliable icebreaker.
A Balinese cooking class
A market visit and a hands-on class with a local cook, ending with lunch the team made together.
A sunrise on Mount Batur
An early trek to the crater rim for sunrise and breakfast cooked on volcanic steam.
Surf lessons
Group lessons with local instructors on a gentle break, matched to every level.
A clifftop evening in Uluwatu
Sunset over the Indian Ocean, then the Kecak fire dance or dinner above the waves.
A long-table dinner at the villa
A private chef, a single table for the whole company, and entertainment such as Balinese dance.
A beach club afternoon
Daybeds reserved for the group, a set menu, and transport there and back.
Scale We've Handled
Fifty-Five Guests,
Eight Days, One Plan.
Our largest group so far was a family celebration rather than a company, but the work is the same: three properties run as one, two headline dinners, a private boat cruise, guests from more than 11 countries, and a team on site for all eight days.
Common Questions
Corporate Retreats, Explained
Can you organise a corporate retreat or team offsite in Bali?
Yes. We plan leadership offsites, team retreats and incentive trips, handling the venue, the meeting setup, catering, team activities, group dinners and transport, with a team on the ground for the whole stay and one point of contact for the organiser.
Can you find villas with meeting space and reliable Wi-Fi?
Yes. Many of Bali's larger villas have living or pavilion spaces that work well for meetings. Before we recommend one, we check the connection speed, backup power and the space itself, and we arrange screens, AV and breakout areas so the room is ready before the first session.
What team-building activities can you arrange in Bali?
Popular choices include a private boat day, white-water rafting, a Balinese cooking class, a Mount Batur sunrise trek, surf lessons, and a clifftop evening in Uluwatu with the Kecak fire dance. We help choose the ones that suit the team and the purpose of the trip.
How many people can you host for a company retreat?
We plan offsites from small leadership teams to whole-company trips. Larger groups are spread across several villas, or a villa and a nearby hotel, booked and managed as one plan with one point of contact.
Can you help with visas and entry for a business trip?
Yes. We guide the team through entry requirements and support visa on arrival and e-visa applications. Requirements depend on nationality and the purpose of the trip, so we confirm what applies before anyone books flights.
How far in advance should we plan a corporate retreat in Bali?
Three to six months gives the widest choice of villas and venues, especially in peak season and for larger groups. Smaller leadership offsites can come together with less notice, so it's worth asking even if the dates are close.
